Janacek – Mozart – Benda – Dvorak
As is tradition – this year for the 10th time – scholarship holders of the Brücke/Most Foundation and the DAAD will be presenting themselves together with the North Bohemian Philharmonic Orchestra Teplice as part of the TDKT. The programme includes works by renowned composers of Czech music history: Bohemian Suite Op. 39 by Antonín Dvořák and Suite for String Orchestra by Leoš Janáček. Under the direction of Prof. Ekkehard Klemm and students of the conducting class at the Dresden University of Music, Mozart's Concerto for Horn and Orchestra in E-flat major KV 495 will also be performed with horn player Daniela Roubíčková (class of Prof. Robert Langbein) and Franz Benda's Concerto for Flute and Orchestra in E minor with flautist Ludmila Eliášová (class of Prof. Stéphane Réty).
